Article 1: Definitions

Clearly express our goals before processing data.
Only collect data that is absolutely necessary for legitimate purposes.
First ask for permission to process your data where permission is required.
Take appropriate security measures to protect your data, as well as that of third parties we work with.
Respect your right to view, correct, and delete your data upon request.

Article 2: Identity

Article 3: Customer Account

To use Boxstock.com, the user must have an account and a valid email address.
During registration, you must provide your real information. It is not allowed to provide false name or age information. Violation may result in blocking or deleting the account.
It is not allowed to choose a racist or offensive username. Boxstock can block the user in case of violation.
The customer is responsible for choosing a secure password. Boxstock recommends using a strong password for optimal security.
It is not allowed to allow third parties to offer products through your account.
Boxstock has the authority to block or delete accounts at its own discretion.
The customer declares to act in accordance with Boxstock's terms and applicable laws and regulations.

Article 4: Purchase

The customer acknowledges that the purchase agreement is concluded between the customer and the seller, with Boxstock acting only as an intermediary. The agreement is established as soon as the customer proceeds to purchase the offered product.
For questions about the delivered product, the customer must contact Boxstock.
Product images may vary due to screen settings; colors and other aspects may differ in reality.

Article 5: Sale

The seller is responsible for entering correct payout details. Boxstock is not liable for any errors.
Shipping from countries other than the seller's registered country is prohibited.
Sales via Boxstock must comply with all stipulated rules.
The seller remains the owner of the product during the sales process.
The seller may only sell items for which no VAT refund has been requested.

Article 6: DAC7 Obligations

Reporting obligation: We must collect and report information about sellers who sell through our platform. Reportable sellers:
- EU taxpayers who sell through our platform.
Sellers with fewer than 30 transactions or a total annual sales value of less than €2,000 are exempt from reporting.

Article 7: Authentication

Boxstock may refuse products if they do not meet the specified requirements: undamaged, unused, and authentic. Products must be delivered in the original, undamaged packaging with all accompanying items.
If payment for the return of a refused product is not made on time, Boxstock is authorized to destroy the item, and payment for the product cannot be claimed.

Article 8: Returns

Article 9: Use of Data

The customer must regularly check their email to receive timely information from Boxstock.
The customer agrees that their name, address, email, and payment information will be provided to Boxstock.
Boxstock will only use the customer's data as necessary to process and execute the purchase agreement.

Article 10: Counterfeiting and Fraud

Boxstock only accepts fully unused, authentic, and undamaged products. For counterfeit or non-compliant products, Boxstock charges €20. Boxstock determines whether a product meets the standards.

Article 11: Contact between Boxstock and User

By accepting the terms and conditions, the user agrees that Boxstock may store and retain contact information for a period of 2 years. Boxstock is only responsible for communication via the contact options provided on the website.

Article 12: Applicable Law

The private sales terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the Dutch court.

Article 13: Other Provisions

It is prohibited to act on behalf of Boxstock. Violators will be held fully liable.
Boxstock may modify the sales agreement and terms and conditions. These apply from the moment of implementation.
By accepting the terms, Boxstock may contact you via email about the use of the platform, offers, and other information.
Boxstock reserves the right to terminate seller functions on the website.

Article 14: Stripe

Payment processing for sellers on Boxstock is handled by Stripe, under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, including the Stripe Terms of Service.
By agreeing to these terms or by continuing to sell on Boxstock, you agree to the Stripe Services Agreement, which Stripe may modify.
As a condition for selling on this platform, you agree to provide Boxstock and Stripe with accurate and complete information and authorize Boxstock to share transaction information with Stripe.

Article 15: Cancellation Fees

Boxstock charges €20 per canceled sale.
The seller agrees that Boxstock may deduct any cancellation fees from scheduled payments in accordance with the cancellation policy.
The seller authorizes Boxstock to charge the registered credit card only to cover costs related to the cancellation policy, without the need for a 3D-secure code.
